Why Motorcraft Yellow Is Non-Negotiable

Ford designed the 6.7L Power Stroke with a dual cooling system that works hard in high-heat environments. The current factory-recommended coolant is Motorcraft Yellow Prediluted (VC-13DL-G) or concentrate (VC-13-G), meeting WSS-M97B57-A2 spec.

•  Motorcraft Degas Pressure Cap Replacement
The degas bottle (overflow/pressure) cap is a critical but often overlooked part. Over time, the seal weakens, allowing pressure loss, coolant overflow (“puking”), and air intrusion that hurts cooling efficiency.
We replace it with a new genuine Motorcraft Degas pressure cap to restore proper system pressure, prevent leaks, and ensure the cooling system operates exactly as Ford intended.
